Doug is a partner in the Corporate department of the law firm Moore, Ingram, Johnson, & Steele, LLP in Marietta, GA.  In addition, to corporate governance and formation, Doug’s practice primarily focuses on the implementation and management of captive insurance companies in various jurisdictions throughout the United States.  Doug currently serves as President of the Georgia Captive Insurance Association and is also actively involved in the Delaware, Utah, Hawaii, and Montana Captive Insurance associations.
